In a world where screens compete for our kids’ attention every minute of the day, we’re proud to offer a place where they can put the phones down and build something far more important—confidence, strength, and healthy habits.
At CrossFit Vinita, our kids aren’t just exercising. They’re learning proper lifting techniques, body awareness, coordination, balance, and how to move safely and efficiently. Every movement is taught with an emphasis on good mechanics before intensity.
