QUALITY CARBS!

Even though people believe that carbs are bad, those are the body's preferred energy source.
Carbs turn quickly into blood glucose, which means quick energy. This fact fits perfectly when it comes to intense exercise.
When you choose carbs, try to focus on unprocessed or minimally processed like potatoes, whole grains, pasta, or rice.
I almost forget; carbs are also useful to the best sleep. Think the why.
