Manifest / Office Staff
Skydive Alabama is looking for a dependable, professional, and organized person to join our manifest team.
This position is fast-paced and customer-focused, requiring someone who can multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy operational days.
Responsibilities include customer check-in, answering phones, scheduling, managing daily manifest operations, assisting with social media content/posts, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
🪂 Must be 19+
🪂 Strong customer service and communication skills
🪂 Comfortable answering phones and working with customers
🪂 Organized and detail-oriented
🪂 Able to work efficiently in a high-energy environment
🪂 Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods
🪂 Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
🪂 Must be available to work 5 days per week
🪂 Saturday and Sunday availability is required
Prior experience working in manifest at a skydiving facility is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Starting pay is $15/hr (1099).
