Today’s focus was simple:

BUILD STRENGTH. BUILD MUSCLE. BUILD CONFIDENCE.

Today’s workout included:

âś… Leg Press
âś… Hip Thrusts
âś… Hip Hinges
âś… Lunges
âś… Glute Kickbacks
âś… Hack Squats

We completed 3-4 sets of each exercise with one goal:

Getting stronger.
