A quick update on the 2026 season, right now it looks like the event at Mason Dixon will be our season finale. I know this is not the word that some of you want to hear but Dana & I tried a few different avenues to find a replacement for the Maple Grove event on Sept 19-20 after they announced they were closing for a undisclosed amount of time and we had no such luck with doing that. With the uncertainty of Maple Grove right now (I know the they are working very hard on getting back open) we may still hold a weekend there but it will most likely be a non-points weekend as a fun weekend to get together before the season ends type of deal. I know some people won’t agree with that decision but right now I don’t have anything set in stone 100% saying an event will happen at MG, so with that uncertainty we don’t want to keep people hanging on for a possible event at MG and it not transpire. So we will crown our champs at MD and if MG & team can work out the details for an event it will be for non-points only and run for the cash, trophy and such - if any sponsors are willing to help out we’d love to bring you on for that weekend. We hope we can have a fun event at MG to close out 2026 or have an event for 2027 with the series as we know everyone loves the Grove.
As we know we have 2026 sponsors who put up cash to support a series over the 10 events, but if we have a weekend cancellation and can’t find a replacement weekend we don’t hold the money & have a nice dinner at Ruth Chris’s but instead we roll over that sponsorship money to the event that are left. So expect increases in Juniors, Stock / SS, Pro Doorslammer, Pro Dragster and .90 for the Mason Dixon event. So load up and get them rigs to MD next weekend.
