From my team to yours we want to send a BIG THANK YOU to those who came out and supported the series at Mason Dixon this past weekend. We know everyone is counting penny’s these days and MD is not right around the corner, we thank you for coming and supporting the event at MD.

I know the simple answer is to just have 4-5 weekends at Cecil or Maple but it’s just not that easy unfortunately. They have packed schedules and they try to mix it up with different events and not have the same things all the time, tracks have to make money to stay open plain and simple. I’m not sure what the answer it to be honest, we do our best to give a good payout by getting sponsors to help support each class.

For example:
Saturday
Pro Doorslammer - 13 cars
Winner took home - $1,000 + $500 sponsor bonus / RUP - $500 + $100 sponsor bonus
Semis - $250

Pro Dragster - 10 cars
Winner - $900 + $100 sponsor bonus
RUP: $400
Semi: $200

Not many places for that amount of cars you’d go home with over $1,000 for winning..just saying!!

Either way, thank you all for supporting the series at MD, we have a few weeks off before hitting MIR on July 11-12th!
