Starting November 1st our Kid’s Ground Class will have a new look!! The first picture shows what you can expect from the Monday class and the second shows what you can expect from the Wednesday class. We are excited to see how this change will benefit our young current and future members! Remember, the first class is free!! Come see us for more details

This Sunday there will be a ladies only seminar for ages 13-28 (expanded from the original age). Ladies especially tend to be the target of many attacks as well as human trafficking. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn potentially life saving skills that hopefully you will never need. Without authorization to make this post 😏us students here at Anvil would like to say…….Huge Congrats to our fearless leader Brian Stone for achieving his Black Belt in BJJ today!! Our Obi-wan has been a leader, mentor and confidante for many a student on and off the mats. Ready to ‘embrace the grind’ with you so you can ‘finish stronger than you started’! Well done sir!
