VRTDC would like to give a huge thank you to Dash over at Washed Thread for helping get our football trailer logo-ed up and road ready for our first road game last Friday!

Dash volunteered his time and worked alongside Jason Holland to get everything installed — finishing the last one with literally zero daylight left.

Dash, we truly appreciate you sharing your time and talents with us and your contribution to our Wildcat community. And a big thank you to Jason for all you did to help get this project across the finish line as well. We appreciate you both and are proud to have our trailer out on the road representing our Wildcats!

We enjoyed hosting the 40th anniversary celebration of the 1986 GHSA AAA State Championship Team. Hearing the stories and memories shared by Coach Scott Swafford, Kelley Boss, Phil Bishop, and other players was meaningful. This team will always hold a special place in VR history. Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate!

A huge thank you is in order to Justin Day and his awesome team at Chick-fil-A Villa Rica for jumping in to rescue our pregame meal! After an unexpected vendor failure, they stepped up and prepared 96 Chick fil A sandwiches in under 30 minutes!

This is what real community support looks and feels like. It is having people who are willing to step up, go above and beyond, and lend a helping hand when you need it most.

We are incredibly grateful to Justin and the entire Chick fil A Villa Rica team for coming through for us in a big way. Thank you for taking care of our team and showing what it truly means to support your community!
