This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to pay assessments without interest or late fees is quickly approaching. Assessments must be received by May 31, 2026, to avoid additional charges, which will automatically be applied beginning Monday, June 1st.

Please note that Friday, May 29th, is the final business day before the payment deadline, as the office is closed on weekends. Residents who are unable to visit the office during office hours may make payments by credit card over the phone or utilize the secure payment drop slot located at the office.

Additionally, all residents with leased marina wet slips and dry storage spaces must renew their contracts and submit payment by the payment deadline. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the leased space.

Swim Lessons are coming to Fairfield!

Summer is here at Fairfield Plantation! Our POA Maintenance Team and Recreation Coordinator have been hard at work preparing for an exciting summer season. From brand-new poolside chairs and tables to refreshed restroom updates at the Country Club Pool, improvements have now been completed to enhance your poolside experience.

The Association is excited to welcome residents and guests to a refreshed atmosphere just in time for the upcoming holiday weekend. Grab your sunscreen, bring the family, and get ready to kick off summer at the pool☀️
