Another amazing day for our Bronze team at the Georgia AAU State Championship. These girls competed in the Grand Championships on Sunday evening that was the top 16 teams in the State. These girls brought the heat and ended up tied for 4th place in the State. We had some great individual placements. Here is the girls that finished in the top 5.

Kennedy 3rd on Beam & 4th on floor

Charlotte M- 5th on vault, State Beam Champion and 5th All Around

Yesterday was such an amazing day. God has blessed me with such a great team of gymnast. We competed for the last time as a program for our AAU level copper and silver. They came to show off how hard work pays off. Both teams finished in top standings making it to the team finals. Top 16 teams for silver and top 6 teams for copper. The team finals was full of energy from the parents and gymnast. The copper team finished 3rd in the team finals and the silver team finished 5th. It was a day full of emotions. Highs and lows since it is our last time together as a team. We had so many top finishes. We also had for the 2nd time ever in WGGC’s 22 years a gymnast score a perfect 10 on bars. Congratulations to Nellie Howard.
