This is why progress isn’t always measured by the scale.

During this week’s check-in, my client shared a win that had nothing to do with pounds lost.

It was about being able to do something she hadn’t been able to do in a long time. And hearing the emotion in her voice was a reminder of why this matters.

Yes, fat loss is important.
Yes, body composition matters.

But sometimes the biggest victories are the ones that remind you what your body is capable of again.

Those are the moments that make all the hard work worth it.

I’m not saying this to tear you down, I’m saying it because I hear this every week from women who finally hit that breaking point and realize how far they’ve let things go

And yeah… it’s fixable

But what they don’t expect is how much more it’s going to demand from them now

Because it’s not just about losing weight anymore

It’s rebuilding discipline
Rebuilding consistency
Rebuilding strength
Rebuilding standards

That’s why it feels overwhelming

Not because you can’t do it
But because you waited until it became a bigger problem

Still trying to grow ya glutes 👀🤭

Please start incorporating deficit single leg exercises to train your glutes at a greater ROM and stresses the muscle in a lengthened position 👏

You know all the extension / shortened position, but most women don’t train in a full ROM. If you’re not loading your glutes in a stretched position, you’re leaving growth on the table.

Glute training tip coming back because most of you still training ya glutes and no shape or growth has happened 🙃
