Long days. Sore arms. Full hearts. ❤️⚾️

The travel ball grind is real, but the memories last forever. Whether it’s 7 AM wake-ups or a walk-off dogpile, every moment counts.

What's the best memory you've checked off so far?

Every USSSA Slowpitch roster has the same cast.

The 2 guys who are actually athletes. The 4 comedians keeping the dugout alive. The 2 who are definitely injured but refuse to sit out. The one who brought snacks for the whole tournament. And the veteran who’s been playing this game since before half the team was born.

Wouldn’t trade any of them.

Tag your lineup.

The best hitters in Major League Baseball stepped up to the plate against Jennie Finch.
And walked away with nothing.

Same speed as a major league fastball. Twenty feet closer. A motion they had never once trained for.

That's the sport you play every single day.

In 1994, baseball almost didn't survive the summer.

The World Series was canceled. Stadiums sat empty. A generation of fans walked away.

What saved it wasn't a campaign or a star. It was families who kept showing up to local fields. Coaches who kept teaching.

Tournament organizers who kept running events.

The game survived because the grassroots refused to let it die.

That's the layer USSSA has always operated in.

What was the first tournament that meant something to you or your kid? Drop it in the comments.

The glove knows. Every stain, every worn lace, every shape your hand left behind, that's what elite actually looks like up close.

No shortcuts. Just reps. 🥎

Your sport was invented inside a gymnasium on Thanksgiving Day, 1887 🥊

Boxing glove for a ball. Broomstick for a bat. A reporter named George Hancock who just wanted people to play.

It was never designed for kids or school programs. It was designed for adults who needed to compete and belong to something.
137 years later, nothing has changed.

What year did you first pick up a bat? Tell us below.

82 mph at 14 years old. Scouts passed.

Not because of the arm. Because of what happened after the hard moments.

The talent gets you in the room. The character keeps you there.

This week: a pitch that defies what your brain sees, a measurement that has never needed to change, and a player who leads from behind the plate and beyond the field.
