Rob S. NASM-CPT is a coach born from an athlete. Growing up in northern VA

he was always quick to try and new sport or wanting to hop into a game of kick ball with the neighbors and boy did he love the creek! He is adventurous, and curious which lend him a helping hand when diving deeper into new certifications or learning about a change in the modalities in his current programming. His knack for staying in the know, creating a friendly environment, both welcoming and warm. Rob and team will help maximize your success.
