Humbled and so very appreciative to have been selected again to Golf Digest's Best Fitness Trainers in America. I love my job. I love my clients and colleagues.

Most days my job isn't work. I get to help people come back from injuries to a game they love. Prepare 'juniors' to make their high school or college golf teams. Train golf teaching professionals so that they can withstand the rigors of their occupation. Expose beginners to a wonderful game. Condition regular players to survive tons of golf on a bucket list trip with friends and family. And occasionally, support a player reaching the rare pinnacle of becoming a Touring Golf Professional. But for the most part, golf isn't about golf....its about dreams, camaraderie and people....and I get to be a part of all that.

Thank you to my patient & beautiful wife and perfect daughter, as living with a 'golfer' isn't always easy.

None of this is possible without the hard work and dedication from Ben Shear and Ron Kaspriske of Golf Digest, who help educate the golfing world on the benefits of golf fitness.

As Jimmy Buffet wrote.... "How did I get this lucky? Tell me who gets to live like this?"

A big congratulations to Owen Love who repeated as High School State Champion in clutch fashion. Owen is a hard worker, and an even better person. Players like Owen make it so fun and rewarding to go to 'work' every day.
