Due to a person’s question to me, I realized that I didn’t have the LunchCrew and PrimeTime session calendars posted on the website for people to be able to book their first session to start their trial. Both calendars are posted now and ready to be used.

The “7 Day Free Trial” starts the day that you have your first session. The 6 days following the first session, you can attend up to 1 session per day. So, theoretically, you could get 7 sessions in during that time period.

The PrimeTime classes cost $25.00 per session and is billed on a biweekly basis. The LunchCrew sessions are $15.00 per session and billed on the same biweekly basis.

All Semi-Private sessions have a maximum cap of 3 participants per session. This is to ensure that you’re getting the individual attention and proper instruction that you deserve.

At the end of your trial, we’ll have a talk and see how many times a week you can make it to the sessions and get you setup for it. There are 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x a week options available currently.

If group settings aren’t your flavor, I also offer 1-1 Personal Training as well!

Hey Y’all!
On 1/1/25, I’m going to start the first semi-private (1-3 people) sessions for the studio, during the prime time gym hours. The sessions will be fun and sociable, and more than affordable. Given that it’s such a small group training, you’ll get the individual attention, that a lot of us need, versus being lost in the waves of people like typical group workouts.

Equally, I have a lot of floor experience, education, and research hours in the industry. So, you’ll get great results if you’ll put in the work using my expertise.

I have a studio over in Tysons Corner. Any client of mine has access to the studio outside of their session(s) to do the homework from my app. Or, if you need the guidance and accountability, I offer free classes every week for my clients to come, enjoy, and keep you moving.

Getting you to your personal fitness goals is the main focus of our training, but I'm sure to fix the problems affecting your daily physical functioning because they can keep you from achieving your goals. I'm really meticulous when it comes to fixing someone's posture and alignment, and recognizing and correcting movement dysfunctions. As a trainer, l'm credentialed to have some rare skill sets for my industry. So, if the solution is hands-on release, hands-on assisted stretching, or even hands-on activation and strengthening exercises, I'm committed to giving you the best plan to solve your problems and get you results. I focus on making sure my clients know what it is that I see that needs attention and explaining to them in detail what's going on in their body to create that issue, why it needs to be corrected, and what that plan looks like.

Educating people is always the best answer for fixing, and keeping away, these issues. The first session is always free so there's no commitment at the beginning. I win you over by showing you my expertise and proving the value to you.
