Full Circle Yoga has 35 classes a week, surely at least one will fit perfectly into your life. 😌 I teach each Thursday at 5:00 and Saturday at 9:30 for one hour slow flow classes as well as every Sunday at 12:00 for community yoga. I am contemplating putting together a 6 week series on yoga basics in the St Marys area. Was thinking it would be good to focus on a balance of stretch, strength, and stability by breaking down common yoga poses so they are done in a safe and beneficial manner. My original yoga teacher did something similar, sharing the body mechanics of each pose as well as the effect of it on the body and her teaching style taught me a lot about doing yoga safely and sparked my interest for becoming a teacher myself. 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ If this class series sounds like something you or a friend would be interested in in Pleasants County shoot me some ideas of location, advertisement, and timing (when to start, day of week, and best time of day). Every Sunday at noon, we offer Community Yoga. It is a great opportunity to try yoga at a discounted rate...only $8 a class (cash only please). All levels welcome...come and enjoy this very gentle, non heated yoga class for beginners or anyone interested in a slower paced, yoga flow class to help relieve stress and tension as well as improve strength and flexibility.
