"I have never been able to workout on my own or by Zoom. My friend Janet, who lives in Vienna, found
Starfit and asked me to go to the trial classes with her. I was the first member to join the Vienna
location. I completed class #50 in January. I really enjoy the classes, and the people I meet in class.
Josh & Kayla are the best. Having 3 grandchildren takes a lot of energy and strength which I know I am getting with each workout."

"I joined Startfit in October. Over the last couple years my doctor has encouraged me to add in strength training and I honestly didn't know where to start. I had never been a member of a gym and felt nervous about doing my own thing. I found Starfit when I was walking around the neighborhood waiting for my daughter to finish her dance class. Based on what I saw when I peeked in the windows and looked on the website, I knew I needed to check it out. I am so glad I did!!! I signed up for both small group and personal training sessions and it has been amazing so far. I have made really fun friends in the small group sessions and love all the laughter that the 6:30am class brings. My one-on-one sessions with Kayla have been so helpful for me and I know I am getting stronger!" ♥️🤸‍♀️💪🏻✨️

Bring in the kiddos (5-10) for play based exercise and movement & the teens (10-15) to learn proper form, self confidence .. and most of all how to have fun moving their bodies!

Please see above for class schedule! This will be every Sunday 3/10 - 5/5 (no class 3/31 🐰)!
