B Fit Vidor is a complete health and fitness club serving families in Southeast Texas. Our mission is to teach families how to motivate each other to reach and surpass their health and fitness goals. B Fit offers a complete cardiovascular training area including treadmills, ellipticals and stair climbers all with entertainment systems. Our state of the art strength training areas offer cable equip

ment, plate loaded equipment and free weights. All equipment is by Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. We encourage you to speak with our trainer(s) to help you in developing an exercise routine that meets all of your health and fitness needs. We are excited to offer group as well as individual training. Classes are fun and enjoyable taught by an energetic yet tough instructor who will encourage and motivate you to crush your fitness goals.
