Look at this transformation! 👏👏👏

When Leslie first walked through our doors, she told us she was feeling depressed, lost, unhappy, and ready for a change. In her own words, she saw one of our posts while sitting on the couch and decided to take a chance on herself.

The crazy part?

She had never worked out before in her life.

A workout like this is always tough, but getting to do it together makes it special. Proud of every single person that showed up, pushed themselves, encouraged others, and honored the meaning behind today.

From first-timers to experienced athletes, everyone gave it everything they had and that’s what this community is all about.
