Our area athletes had a good weekend this past weekend!! Cuero’s Korbin Baumgartner and Austin Schwartz both homered along with Goliad’s Gunner Schrade. Victoria East’s Ryan Bazan threw a complete game giving up only 3 ER and St. Joseph’s Ricky Martinez took a no hitter into the 7th inning against state ranked Corpus Christi Carrol giving up 0 ER!! Keep up the good work fellas!!

We want to give a big shoutout and congratulations to James Grantland from Calhoun I’m committing to play at the next level at San Jacinto Junior College!! San Jac is one of the top premier JUCO’s in the country and we’re extremely excited for him to be joining such a great school and organization next year!!

Big shoutout to Xavier Solis on his first collegiate 💣 this past weekend!!

SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 17, 2019) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) split a pair of doubleheaders this weekend with Oklahoma Panhandle State University. In the first doubleheader, the Saints lost 3-1 and 5-3. In Saturday's doubleheader, the Saints won 8-4 and 9-1.

Special thanks to our players and parents that were able to come and volunteer this year at the Food Bank!! We normally have a bigger turnout but we had some boys playing in a basketball tournament this year. But we still did great work!! Thanks everyone!!
