Victoria TX Wahoo Swim Team Hi Victoria! We are your Summer Amateur Swim league. Come and be part of our Team & make new friends. Don't worry if you do not know the swim strokes.

We are a TAAF regulated, Amateur league swim team in Victoria Tx. At the moment we have 2 main coaches: Sabrina Broughton & Debi Mease. If you are interested in joining our team, all you have to do as a swimmer is to be able to swim across with little to no difficulty 25 yards. Our coaches will be teaching you in a group setting the 4 basic strokes. Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfl

y. Day by day, every practice your swimmer will develop better technique. The most important thing for us as a team is that our swimmers enjoy coming to practice, have fun and make long-lasting friendships.

Just a reminder there is no practice today. This week we only swim Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are graduation dates and VISD uses the aquatic center to prepare.

Just a reminder that practice times stay current if there is rain. We only cancel if there is thunder and lightning at a 5mile radius. Yes we are indoors, but regulations say no one in the water with the possibility of lightning striking.

We are almost done with May practices! Which means we will be switching to the morning soon.
Next week the aquatic center will be closed to follow VISD dates and holidays.
We will only have practice, Tuesday & Wednesday May 26 & 27.

Did you miss May practice? You can still register and have fun this summer! Just come by our information desk. If you need a swim test, come ready with your suit and goggles!

Our first week of practice is gone! We have lots of new swimmers and some that have returned for another year in the water!
We are excited for this season, to have lots of fun and building great swimmers ready for competition.
Remember you can still register and test just come by the aquatic center!
