🧘‍♀️🥞”Yoga and Brunch" Members Event on Saturday, August 22 at 9:30 AM at Starlight Dance Studio in Victoria. We will be having a yoga class with Linda DeVries with Restored Soul Yoga. Afterward, mamas can join us at Froggy's Grub & Pub for some brunch and mom community time.

It's been almost six years of teaching yoga--thousands of hours, and I am so happy with the community we have built in-person practicing Christ-centered yoga together as well as the calm strength built on God's word. Thank-you friends!!
But it's time for me to focus on graduate school and my work in the English classroom at a community college for a while.
The plan is for this to be a pause, not a forever stop. I'm not really sure what the next stage of Restored Soul Yoga will be--but I trust that God will bring it to fruition in the right time. I'll pause posting here for a while, but if you want to stay in contact, message me and I can add you to the text list--be the first to know when we have a popup session or event.
