Sundari will be in house teaching a semester of functional vibrant yoga not only for the aging population but for everyone curious on aging with integrity, vitality and anatomical alignment. These classes will empower you to listen to the uniqueness of your bodies intelligence as well as the universal alignment imprinted in your bones. We just had a special guest last week in the studio, my mama Carol visiting from Iowa. 🥰

She enjoyed the Wednesday Therapeutic class and the Sunday Reset class with Jordan, as well as a private Sound Bath, Reiki and a singing concert with my friends. This along with daily walks in the woods, playing with Teddy and enjoying nature documentaries, she left saying that she felt more like herself. :) :)
