Please. If wear clean shoes in gym. Outdoor sand and debris is very hard on cardio equipment!

The windows were open as well. The air conditioning is on. Please do not open windows and definitely don't leave them open. It's a safety issue!

Our Not So Biggest Loser was Janet Kozik. She lost more that 10 percent of body weight. I would say it was close to 20 percent. She was our only winner. But i am so proud of everyone. Several were very close to the 10 percent. And continue to go for their weight loss goals.

The Biggest Loser weigh in is January 6th at 8 am sharp. Cool thing is King and Queens Nutrtion from Coralville will weigh with special scale and are bringing products from store. Pre workout products and protein powders etc.
