First week of junior golf league practice in the books! We had some rain and cold temperatures but that didn’t stop participants from having a great time and learning with their friends! Excited for a fun season!

Using the pressure plate and alignment discs to help this student yesterday! His tendency is to pull his arms down quickly, and his clubhead gets stuck behind his body on the downswing. Combining these two as a practice station helped him feel the changes and get feedback. Way to go!

Working on changing his downswing pattern with slow exaggerated drills. We did this for about 20 minutes before adding a golf ball. Way to go my friend!!!! 👏 ⛳️

Downswing changes for this students helped him find the center of the Clubface and much more consistent contact. I was very excited to see this drastic change after 20 minutes of drills! Red is before, green is after. Way to go! 👏 ⛳️ 😃
