Due to dwindling supplies The Gym and Rec Room are now TEMPORARILY closed. I hope you'll observe our National Day of Prayer and support loved ones and neighbors make necessary adjustments during this time. It's also a great time to reflect on how important it is to eat healthy, sleep well, think positively and stay active in order to support a strong immune system! Tuesday evening ZUMBA starts this week at The Rec Room!

Certified Zumba and Dance fitness instructor Emily Pyne will be leading a fun 45 minute class of dance and fitness moves choreographed to spicy music each week on Tuesday, 6pm! No experience needed! All levels welcome! RSVP via the Fitness on Demand app: not required but recommended!

HEADS-UP! The Gym is teaming up with "Renew Active" from United Healthcare.

This program is similar to Silver Sneakers in that no cost memberships are available to eligible members of the United Healthcare Medicare plans.

Please prepare yourself mentally and emotionally: I cannot find hand sanitizer available ANYWHERE! And I cannot source key ingredients to make my own. As our desire for it is increased, we will shortly be without... But this too shall pass.

March Membership Fees are Due!

You can leave checks or cash in an envelope with your name on it in the blue lock-box on the shelves by the door. (Our great camera system make this a very safe option!)

You can call or come in to pay during staffed hours:

Mon: 11am-3pm
Tue: 5pm-8pm
Wed: 10am-2pm
Thu: 5pm-8pm
Fri: 11am-3pm
Sat: 8am-12pm.

Or you can set up auto-billing for convenience. No contracts mean you can change billing options at any time.

There is now a $1 charge for all card transactions.
