One of the most overlooked components in sports—especially football—is lateral movement & COD (Change of Direction).
While we train every level of athleticism throughout the week, this session was about dialing in on those two key elements and making every rep count.
Speed isn’t just straight-line—it’s how fast you can stop, redirect, and explode.
