Did you workout today?

CrossRide is back and, Mudtown is proud to be a part of this event once again!

Foe the first time ever, CrossRide is happening in the evening.

Saturday, May 30th
5:30pm – 7:30pm
Cahaba Cycle, Homewood

This is not a competition. There’s no race. No pressure.

Just a relaxed, community bike ride through the city,
followed by a fun, all-levels workout led by the 5 top gyms in the city.

As the sun goes down, we hang out, with good people, food, drinks, and music.

Family-friendly.
Beginner-friendly.
Come as you are.

No bike? No problem.
