Cardio Kickboxing is our 10:15AM fitness class that incorporates cardio, strength, and conditioning in one convenient 45 minute window. Coach Dowda has structured this class to be a solid workout AND an awesome introduction to striking, with bag work, pad rounds, and form feedback. Every class has a specific focus, so you can show up as many days as you’d like without repeats.
Whether you’re looking to improve your cardio or learn a new skill, Cardio Kickboxing had something for every one of every skill level🙌🏼
