11-year-old Pepper has been training for over a year- learning skills that build her confidence, improve her athleticism, and keep her safe.

BJJ builds strong, resilient kids that are bully proof, good at making quick decisions, and well versed at staying calm under pressure. This type of skill-set is not built in a self defense class. It’s built with time on the mats.

Start them young, give them time to learn! Come train with Ya Boi!

Glenda has been training with us since February and has been showing up every week without fail. She’s made leaps and bounds in BJJ while being a full time mom. It was so exciting to award her first stripe!
