Ever felt like you couldn't breathe during a workout? Have you ever thought "I can't keep going?"

If you answered yes to either question, then we have a solution.

Forge is now offering PNOE Metabolic Analysis Tests that show the athlete his/her metabolic, heart, lung, and cellular fitness.

After your test, you will receive a detailed report explaining your body's fitness level and a game plan for how to improve it.

PNOE even goes a step further by offering a personalized nutrition plan catered specifically to each athlete to meet his/her goals!

Since the latest Jefferson County Health Department’s order, we want to remind you that you do not have to wear a mask while you workout at Forge.

The order states that patrons of indoor athletic facilities (fitness centers, commercial gyms, etc.) are not required to wear masks while participating in athletic activities.
•
We will continue to follow the CDC and implement the latest guidelines to keep everyone under our roof as healthy as possible.
