At Essential, our approach is rooted in the Classical Pilates method while embracing thoughtful contemporary and modern influences. We value instructors who appreciate both the history of the work and the way it continues to evolve through intentional, intelligent movement.
We’re looking for teachers who are passionate about helping clients build strength, control, awareness, and confidence through purposeful movement and strong foundational work.
While a Classical Pilates background is preferred, we’re absolutely open to instructors from contemporary training programs who are eager to continue learning and deepen their understanding of the Classical method. We believe great teachers stay curious, continue refining their craft, and respect where the work began.
Above all, we value instructors who lead with kindness, empathy, professionalism, and genuine care for the people they teach. Creating a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and fellow team members is deeply important to us.
