Pricing has changed so here is all that info….
Initial health assessment is $50.00
1 x week is $140
2 x week is $240
3 x week is $300

I was going to let this anniversary pass by without saying anything but I can't. It's something I work hard for every day and I am so very thankful for a full, busy schedule!! I also want to take the time to truly thank all of my clients from the bottom of my heart for all their love and support!! Each one of you are more then clients, you are my friends and family!! Thank you so much for the interest and inquiries!! I have limited availability (thanks to my wonderful current clientele) . I did want everyone to know some info about sessions...Sessions are one on one and 30 minutes long..First session would be an initial health assessment to go over current/past health issues, injuries and goals (30-60 min) That session is currently a one time fee of $32.50. The first 2 months of training come with a 10% discount. Current fees are:
1x - $100/ month
2x- $160/month
3x-$200/month
