UHS Sports Medicine is an integrated multidisciplinary team that provides unequaled care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of injuries and ailments in all past, present and future athletes through a combination of caring and respect for our athletes’ physical, mental and emotional well being from injury to full athletic participation. By working hard to maintain a strong partnership with

the athletic community and healthcare workers of all levels and disciplines based on communication and collaboration we will maximize care. Finally, a steadfast focus on service, integrity and stewardship will be clear in every interaction at every level.
