We are dedicated to creating a fun, safe atmosphere to further the development of the individual mentally, physically and spiritually. We teach a style called Kyuki-Do, a Korean martial arts that incorporates techniques from several other martial arts to give the practitioner a well rounded idea of self defense and how the body works.
