I’m planning on being staffed later today after the snow ends. Keep in mind Monroe St in front of the gym is part of the city’s snow route so don’t park there if you come in today. Let them have time to clean it first. Stay safe out there friends!

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the gym is so delightful. When everything else is closed, come on in lift, bike, walk or row. :) Okay, I may have had way too much caffeine this morning, but I'm here. LOL Depending on how busy I am will depend on how long I'm here today so give me a call before venturing out if you need me, 573 789-6800. I'm going to get in a workout while the caffeine is working. :) Peace out and be safe.
If you come, park across the street at the church or behind the gym in my parking lot and stay off Monroe since it is still being cleaned. Stay safe my friends.
