Before we do anything, I ask one question. How does your body feel today?
Not last week. Not how it usually feels. Today.
The answer changes what we do. Some days it’s ‘strong, ready for more.’ Other days it’s ‘stiff, slept badly, my hip’s been bothering me.’ Both are useful, and both lead somewhere different.
A lot of programs are built around a plan that doesn’t change no matter what. Week four always looks like week four, regardless of how you walked in that day.
The Balenvia Method starts from the body in front of me — which, over time, becomes the body you learn to check in with yourself.
