My client Jessy is a beast 💪🏼

05/26/2026

Yesterday we honored those that gave the ultimate sacrifice by participating in the Murph Workout… it was a challenge!! My crew are beasts‼️I’m so proud of these women, who show and put in the work every week and let me kick their bo**ie, especially today 🙌🏻

I do my own version of the workout using the equipment I have and tailor it to my class. It was a killer workout, it’s a reminder that nothing easy is earned! There are people that wish they could wake up and move their body and here I am, with these other badass women, pushing our bodies out of our comfort zone and striving 💪🏼 I’m blessed to have this group of women and I’m blessed to have a strong body and mind 🙏🏻 🇺🇸
