Welcome Aboard!! We are so happy you decided to take this step and accept a position with US! We are a team oriented company and are always here to support you in anyway we can. It is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work from home but there are still issues that come with working at home and we are committed to helping you succeed. We want to get you through signing up for your portal to begin your assessments and select your training window, let us know if we can assist you. Step One
If you’re new to the Arise platform, you will need to first complete their profile on the Arise website. Here is a quick link to the correct section to start the profile.

If you’re Military affiliated, you will need to make sure that you select 'Miltary' as how you heard about Arise enable to get the benefits of the Military Program (an Arise program). We will talk about this a little later.

Step Two
The voice assessment is a short automated test that verifies the clarity of your speaking voice over the phone, and to make sure you can follow verbal directions. You will want to know not to hang up until you get confirmation that the voice assessment was accepted. You will have to repeat a few sentences, and unscramble a couple sentences so they make sense. They suggest that you do this from a land line phone, but you can also use a cell phone. Also make sure that you have a clear connection and no background noise. Depending on when you complete the assessment, it could take 2-12 hours to get the result. You will want to check back to the admissions portal page and look under notifications to see if you passed. you may also receive an email.

Step Three
Once you pass the voice assessment, you may be required to complete a National Background Check (not credit check). It can take 1-10 business days to get the results of the background check depending on where they reside. We have had people get the results in as little as 2 hours. Like the voice assessment, you should receive an email and a notification on the Arise admissions portal.
Once you have passed the background check, if applicable you will be able to move on to the next step.If you’re Military affiliated, once you have cleared the background check and can move on to the next step, you will need to send an email to Beth or Tara with your Name and CSP ID or submit the form below. You will get a course for free so Beth or Tara will need to request a voucher to be placed on your profile so you can take it free of charge. However TURBO TAX is FREE when you sign up under RV there yet!!!!! We will go over your sign on bonus and referral bonus incentives in the next email!
Step Four
Your next step is to "Join the Arise Network". When you click that option in the portal, they will be asked to either enter their company information or join an existing IBO (Independent Business Owner, aka an Arise affiliated corporation). Choose "Join an Arise Affiliated Corporation" and you will be able to enter our EIN number. The EIN you need to enter is 852835579 and click on the magnifying glass. The corporation name RV There Yet LLC' should appear in the box below it. You will also have the option to view/sign/print the Non Disclosure Agreement and the Waiver. Once we receive the request and confirm it, You will be part of our team! We receive requests immediately and try to process them as soon as possible.
Step Five
Your Now part of the team, and eligible to express interest in a client training opportunity. Client opportunities vary depending on the client. You have up to 60 days to choose a client, and we have different opportunities available often. They can view the current client opportunities from the portal. (pic) The screenshot shows you an example of what they might see on the portal. From here they can view class times, class start dates, minimum service hours, and deferred cost and promotions if available. They will need to press SELECT on an opportunity to express interest, and their page will look similar to this (pic). This is where they would express interest in a client. It is very important that you let your referral know that once they express interest, they have 24 hrs to confirm for the course before it is dropped. The Next 7 DAYS Turbo Tax is FREE!!!!! New client opportunities are posted during the week. If you don't see one that they like, wait a couple of days and there should be more to choose from! If they click on the INFO icon from the opportunity, a PDF will open. It will go into greater detail, and has all of the information they need except for the pay rate/compensation. We list the client opportunities that include compensation on our private page and on our private forum.
You want to know to pay close attention to the 'Equipment Needed' portion of the Opportunity Announcement. We have seen alot of people start a client training course with Windows 7 only to find out that the client only supports Windows XP. They will then have to purchase a computer with Windows XP, downgrade their system to Windows XP, or drop the course. If they drop the course, they can not be refunded so this is VERY important before selecting the client training course.
