Another year, another Murph in the books!

For the 12th year, CrossFit Adept met on Memorial Day to perform the hero workout in honor of all of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

This year we were able to raise $624.23 for the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Foundation bringing our all time donation to $8,882.17.

The workout and the donation is just a small gesture that we can do in memory of all those who lost their lives... Thank you and we look forward to hosting the workout again next year!

ATTENTION!

We are 10 days away from the start of our CrossFit Teens Summer Session here at CrossFit Adept and have a couple spots open for some new teens looking to to develop a competitive edge in their sport through weight training and metabolic conditioning or a teen just looking to develop a positive definition of fitness and find a passion for exercise.

Full details on the session below:

Morning Summer Session | $400
- June 15th-July 31st (34 x 75 minute classes; no classes on 4th of July)
- Monday through Friday from 9:30am-10:45am

Evening Summer Session | $150
- June 16th-July 30th (14 x 60 minute classes)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm.

CrossFit Adept is officially a Hyrox Training Club!

Biweekly Sunday morning Hyrox classes from 9:00am-10:00am starting May 31st, 2026

Our Hyrox program will be led by none other than Coach Lissa Hruska! She is a Hyrox finisher, completing the race in 1:20 and has also completed the Boston Marathon and Ironman Wisconsin. As an elite endurance athlete, she has a wealth of knowledge to offer to our future Hyrox athletes and are excited to have her join the CrossFit Adept coaching team!

ANYTHING ELSE?
Hyrox memberships will be a monthly membership (no long term commitments!) for either:
$100/month without 24/7 access to CrossFit Adept (ie. classes only)
$120/month with 24/7 access to CrossFit Adept

ATTENTION!

Due to very poor road conditions and visibility, we are going to cancel all morning classes for Monday, March 17th. We apologize for the inconvenience, but want to keep our coaches and members as safe as possible. The 24/7 access is still available for all of those who have it included in their membership. We plan to still have our afternoon/evening schedule. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and thank you for your understanding.

CrossFit Adept is in search of additional coaches to join the CrossFit Kids coaching team!

We are looking for individuals who have a passion and desire to work with kids (ages 7-12) to help them develop a positive association with fitness and exercise... Our main goal with this program is to “make fitness fun” so that as the kids grow and mature, they view exercise as something they want to do and enjoy doing.

This position would be a part time role with the expectation of coaching ~1 day per week on either Monday, Wednesday or Saturday for a total of 6-8 hours per month. Along with a competitive hourly wage, the position also comes with a discounted coach membership compared to our regular membership pricing.

Early this month CrossFit Adept hosted its 6th annual in-house competition where members got the opportunity to showcase their fitness, competing with and against one another over the course of 13 events! It is one of our favorite days of the year as it brings our community together in more ways than one and helps reinforce the positive culture we’ve all helped create.
