❗️HARD HAT PLAYER❗️Tonight’s hard hat goes to someone we like to call small but mighty. Maecie may not be the biggest player on the field but she is one of the best lockdown defenders in the state. She is always in great position, she’s huge for us on clears, and she continues to shut down even the best attackers she faces. What makes her special is the way she inspires the girls around her to play hard, give full effort, and understand what it means to be a true competitor. Congrats, Maecie. You’re amazing. 👷🏼‍♀️

❗️HARD HAT PLAYER❗️Tonight’s hard hat goes to the player who runs things from between the pipes. In a regional finals game for state playoffs, Emma took command. She was communicating with the defense all night, letting them know what was coming and where they needed to be. Her clear game was outstanding with accurate passing and smart decision making. She’s been a rock for us all year in goal and in a big game like tonight she showed exactly why. Consistent, composed, and always working. That’s what a senior captain looks like when it matters most. 👷🏼‍♀️

❗️HARD HAT PLAYER❗️VAHS/MH Hard hat goes to someone who has earned this one the hard way. Liliana has battled through injury, adjusted to position changes, and through all of it she’s kept her head up and continued to work hard. Last night she put it together and scored 2 goals and looked great on her cuts with decisive, confident shooting. That’s what happens when you stay the course and keep putting in the work. We’re so proud of her. 👷🏽‍♀️

❗️Hard Hat Player❗️Last nights hard hat goes to a player who was hot right from the jump. Magali Forlines worked hard last night and she’s been itching to show what she’s capable of. She showed some of that high level ability that we know is in there. Gali is a big time player for this Wildcat team. She brings energy and intensity every time she steps on the field and is a great competitor. Keep working and setting the tone, Gali! 👷🏻‍♀️
