When I go quiet on social media, just know I’m busy working.

Working on:
🪟growing a business,
🤰🏻growing a human, and
🥰 building a life with the love of my life.

💫This August, we’re welcoming a baby girl into the world!
And yes—Sergio finally proposed!

Almost exactly a year ago, we took a leap and bought a business. We’ve already doubled it, and I’ve grown more than I ever imagined—in every way.

Sergio, you are my rock. You’ve pushed me, believed in me, and helped me become the woman I didn’t even know I could be. I’m so grateful to be doing life with you. Here’s to becoming parents to a human (not just our pups and business) and growing together in our beautiful next chapter.

What programs will be included in my app on DAY 1 !?

💪🏼 Busy-Body: A 6 week follow-along workout program you can do from anywhere! All you need is a set of dumbbells and a foam roller.

The follow-along format means I’ll be going all out with you in the videos! This program is perfect for anyone who needs that extra motivation and form cues while exercising.

These workouts will challenge your strength and endurance, improve your mobility and stability, and leave you feeling strong and energized.

💪🏼 Foundational Strength: A 4 week bodyweight only workout program designed to help you feel strong in your own body.

This program is perfect for anyone with limited time, space and equipment. And all exercises can be performed at low-impact!

Each week of the program focuses on similar exercises, gradually increasing in intensity as you build strength.

🌟Of course you can do any of the workouts from the programs “a-la-carte” style.

And remember all workouts are written to be QUICK & EFFICIENT- 30 minutes or less!

I can’t believe it! - It is my 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY as a coach at

Time really does fly when you’re having fun.

THANK YOU to and .genn for creating a space where everyone really can fully be themselves and find joy in pushing their limits. And for welcoming me into this space and family!

Thank you to and all the coaches for sharing your knowledge, expertise, and passions.

Thank you for supporting me as a coach and as an athlete.

And most importantly.. thank you to everyone who has ever taken one of my classes.

Watching you all push yourselves and conquer each workout is what keeps me going.

AND Thank you to and for making today extra special for me.
George you really are an inspiration and push me to be a better coach.

I seriously cannot express enough gratitude for this past year…. Many more to come!

Changing your body will not change your life… but changing your mindset and habits will change your life!

I always say train to FEEL GOOD & your body will take care of the rest.

Because when you have a positive mindset, love the skin your in, and build healthy habits, your body will reflect that back out to the world.

I’m not saying it’s easy.. it is HARD work… heck I still work on it every day!
But small actions compounded make an impact.

Planning to start a new workout route on Monday!? Here are a few quick tips for you:

1. Set a SMART goal.
Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. Write it down somewhere to hold yourself accountable and track your progress.

2. Create a SCHEDULE and stick to it. Consistency is key when starting a new workout program. Plan out your workouts in advance and make sure to schedule them into your day just like any other important task.

3. Tell your friends and family! By sharing your goals and plan, you not only hold yourself accountable, but you also give yourself the opportunity to have a support system that can help you overcome obstacles and stay motivated. Plus, if they join you it can make it so much more fun!

BONUS: hydrate..always hydrate.. it makes you perform better and feel better (less groggy!)

Let’s talk about why following a workout program is SO IMPORTANT!

Programming is essential for a safe and effective workout routine. It helps you target all muscle groups, prevent overuse and injuries, and progressively increase difficulty to achieve your fitness goals.

‼️Following random workouts without a plan can lead to overuse and injury, AND hold you back from reaching your full potential.

When I program, I use periodization, manipulation of variables such as time, and progressively increase difficulty.
Benefits of such include:
* Improved muscle balance and symmetry
* Increased strength and endurance
* Reduced risk of overuse injuries
* Improved athletic performance
* Increased motivation and enjoyment of workouts!

In short, by following a workout program (such as Busy-Body), you reduce your risk of injury and maximize your results!

- Inspire more people to move and live a healthy life
- Help busy people stop feeling overwhelmed (because I know what that feels like!)
- Reach a broader audience and consistently connect with new people
- Spend more time with family
- Slow down and appreciate the little moments
- Control my eating to prevent being “hangry”- its a real thing!
- Nail a handstand consistently
- Rope climb seamlessly
- Continue to build physical and mental strength
