✅🥋🙏🏼RT GENERAL RULES & ETIQUETTES 🙏🏼🥋✅
👉🏼Always try to arrive before the class starts.
👉🏼Keep all clothes and bag in the dressing room or put inside the cubs
👉🏼Keep all money and valuables with you in your equipment bag
👉🏼Do not wear jewelry during class.
👉🏼There will be absolutely no horseplay in the dressing rooms, lobby, mats or waiting areas.
👉🏼Food will not be allowed in the training areas.
👉🏼Always keep your gis and equipment clean. (After striking classes spray your equipment).
👉🏼Keep your fingernails and toenails cut and exercise general good personal hygiene.
👉🏼Report all injuries and illness to the instructor.
If you have the flu or a cold please stay
home and rest.
👉🏼No shoes on the mat. No bare feet off the mat.
👉🏼There will be no sparring without permission from the Professor.
👉🏼Be respectful when addressing instructors. Address Black Belts as Professor.
👉🏼Always bow upon entering and leaving a training area, and to a
Professor, to show respect.
*If you are late approach Professor and ask
politely to join class.
And always salute the other black belts present.
👉🏼Always be courteous to your instructors and to other students.
Martial Arts begins and ends with courtesy.
👉🏼Answer all instructors, teachers, other students and parents respectfully,
(i.e. 'Yes sir', 'No mam', etc.)
👉🏼Profanity is not allowed.
👉🏼While sitting in the training area, the legs must always be crossed
or be in kneeling position.
👉🏼During the class, students must train with a great attitude and
complete concentration. (A poor attitude may result in you being asked to leave)
👉🏼All student should take the opportunity to ask questions before and during the classes directly to the Professor or senior students.
👉🏼To practice over and over is the motto of any Dojo and I necessary to master the
techniques.
👉🏼Do not disrespect your belt by allowing it to be on the floor.
👉🏼Control your emotions during class; never lose your temper.
👉🏼Do not intentionally injure or harm anyone. Safety first! Train smart and help others and yourself avoid harm.
👉🏼Be An Example For Lower Belts and take care of your training partners.
👉🏼For striking classes classes need to be take with the use of safety equipment mandatory.
👉🏼For safety reasons, no student can leave the training area during the class without asking the professor that is teaching the class.
👉🏼If a student must stop training, they must report to the professor.
👉🏼If you need to leave early, ask the lead instructor first.
👉🏼Please try to report any anticipated absences to the Professor.
👉🏼If you have a question regarding Etiquette or Rules, ask one of the senior belts or Blackbelts
