" Last September I fell and broke a bone in my hip. I had been taking Strength and Body exercise classes at GoodLife Fitness. As soon as I felt like I was able to return, my yoga instructor and owner of GoodLife Fitness, Peggy Hamilton, customized some of the moves so I could join in and not miss out on any more classes. I wanted to be pain free and mobile. Well we succeeded together and now I feel great! The classes here are 60 minutes long. They have several different yoga classes, cardio fit classes, Zumba classes, Pilates classes and even Ballet classes. You will be surprised at your mental, physical and energetic abilities, even at 90 years old! In addition to feeling stronger and invigorated, you will be socializing with new friends while improving your health. "
