Parent Meeting Notes
• Schedule- Varsity & JV.. Kickoff Classic is Thursday 8/15
(not Friday the 16)
• Practices- What time will they be over, Every day at about 545-6pm
• Attendance at school on games days to be eligible to play, All athletes need to be present at school especially on game day. No Athlete will be dress unless at school at least half the school day.
• Sponsorship go back to the athletes, they have a chance to earn their Letterman Jackets, Class Rings, Seniors Game helmet by meeting certain goals.
• Senior Banner Pictures Wednesday 8/7 after Practice at the Stadium 6pm
• Saturday Work Day at the Stadium for athletes and parents. We need all the help possible; the concession stand was vandalized last year and needs the most work. All hands-on deck. First game is next Thursday.
• Season Passes - $50, Team Tumbler $25
• Meal Sponsors for Breakfast, Pre & Post Games Varsity, JV will be feed after their games but will it with Varsity as well.
• Team Store – Open till August 9th
• Gate & Concession Workers Please sign up, if you work you get in the game free….

JV Parents Work 1 half of Varsity Game
Need 4-5 Parents for Concessions each half, All Hands for Half Time, after Half 1 half parents are done.
Need 2 for each Ticket Booth
• Senior Night Picture of your Athlete either a baby pic or the first time the put those big pads on!!!!!
• Contact a Board Member to Sign up to work/meals, get a cup or season passes
