Happy New Year gym & fitness addition!

Our resolution is be be adding a few new pieces of equipment and to be upgrading a few others!

We can’t wait to see what everyone achieves in 2026!

At the gym we have 2 bench racks that can take your workout to the next level. This machine can be used for upper and lower body exercises.

Some examples of exercises that can be done with this machine are Squats (back, front, and split), presses (bench, incline, and shoulder), deadlifts (RDLs, single-leg, and rows). You can even add glute focused exercises such as hip thrusts, lunges, and calf raises.

Most people see this machine and are intimidated by the free weights and lost on what to do. Try one of these listed exercises and if you need help I'm sure one of our gym members would love to show you how to use it and even spot you to get you started!

Coming soon to a vending machine near you. The gym is proud to say that we are going to start selling FITAID products. We will have various flavors in the Creatine, Energy, and Recovery. Soon they will be outside in the vending machine for you to purchase.
