⚾️ 3 Excercises Every Baseball Player Should Be Doing:

1️⃣ Half-Kneeling Single-Arm Cable Row
• Builds upper-back and scap strength while training rotational control through the torso and hips — power you can carry into any rotational sport.
• Pull your elbow toward your back pocket and lead with the shoulder blade — don’t shrug.
• Let the torso open as you reach, then drive the row and control the return.
• Stay tall through your down knee and squeeze that glute to keep your hips stable.

2️⃣ Barbell Forward Lunge
• Develops lower-body strength, single-leg balance, and control stepping into and out of the lunge.
• Step forward and lower under control — front knee tracks over your toe.
• Keep your chest up and torso tall; don’t let your back round.
• Drive through your front heel to return to standing.

3️⃣ Half-Kneeling Single-Arm Cable Press
• Builds pressing strength and anti-rotation core stability, teaching you to resist the cable trying to twist you.
• Press straight forward and stay square — don’t let the cable rotate you.
• Keep your ribs down and brace your core; avoid arching your lower back.
• Squeeze your down-side glute and stay tall from knee to head.
