Just sending a reminder, today marks the end of week 1! Comment your plates here.
Also, invite a friend so we can enjoy this (they only have to pay if they really want to win at the end).

Alright everyone it's official, get your targets up and send them in. This marks week one! Just a picture with all the holes and a score (which will be verified). Also, join in and pay when you want. If you don't pay by the end, you'll be exempt from winning the challenge, but you can still enjoy the fun.

Hope everyone had a shot at this guy up at the Split Mountain Archers shoot. It's still going on today, so get up there ...

Hope everyone had a shot at this guy up at the Split Mountain Archers shoot. It's still going on today, so get up there if you can. Just know that if you only have a 60 yard pin, put your level on this dudes forehead 🤣.

(Mandatory PSA: No arrows were lost or harmed in the making of this post)

SIGN UP HERE (and read the rules)

The Basin Archery Challenge is simple and easy. Each week (Mon-Sun) beginning August 16th through October 31, we will be shooting a paper target you can easily make at home (see below) to see who comes put on top.
RULES:

1.Best score wins each week and new updates/standings will be posted each week.

2. Whoever has the most weekly wins come the end of October wins the gear. The more participants, the better the gear.

3. This is an "on your honor" system. No one is policing this, so shoot, have fun, and be honest.

4. Entry fee will be $10 for the entirety of the challenge. Comment on THIS POST to sign up.

5. This challenge is intended for compounds, but if you want to shoot it with recurve or long bow, have at it.

SET UP:
(Remember: Do not shoot in City Limits)

1. Take a paper plate and draw a ring around a 12oz soda can in the middle. Anything in this ring will count for 5 points. draw a circle around a penny in the middle of that. Anything in this circle is worth 10. Anything on the plate, but not in a circle is 1 point. If the arrow breaks the line of one of the rings, round that score up.

2. Step back 20 yards.

3. Shoot 15 arrows.

4. Score it and send a photo over to the page and use .

5. Check the standings each week!

For any questions, feel free to comment here.

Thanks, be safe and have fun.
