As our season is officially over, we want to thank everyone who supported us this year! Whether you donated to our July 4th celebration, signed your kid up to play ball, worked for us in the concession stand or field or just simply came out and bought food! We wouldn’t be able to survive without you all!

Now, we must make the announcement that our “board” will officially be stepping down at the end of the 2027 season. This does not mean we won’t be willing to help still, just wanting others to step up and take charge. With that being said, we will be actively looking for others to step up and keep the park going like the kids and community deserves. We will use next year to help the new board transition into the roles and guide them.

We will not just hand this over to anyone. You must remember this is an UNPAID position and you will be in charge of working with Ipava and Astoria parks during the summer season as well.
We will be looking for applicants that are the following;

Must have good people skills, be organized (at-least somewhat), good with money management, trustworthy, reliable and would also prefer a Vermont resident. You (or someone that helps you) will have to get their food management license as well to run the concession stand.

‼️Update‼️
The 12u girls game for Thursday is cancelled. The 14u boys will now play at 6pm‼️

Tonight’s 10Y boys tournament game will be Canton vs Lewistown at 6pm. Winner advances to the championship game tomorrow!
‼️unfortunately, our ice cream machine shut itself down over night so we will NOT have ice cream this evening‼️

Thursdays schedule
6pm: 12U girls-‼️Cancelled‼️
8pm: 14U boys

*Pork chops and pork burgers will be available along with regular menu items on Thursday only! This will also be the last night for ice cream!

Thank you to everyone who supported and made yesterday happen! Whether you donated, volunteered your time, or just came out to eat and watch fireworks, we couldn’t make this day possible without all of you! It was definitely not the easiest or best year we’ve had, but thanks to everyone we made the best of it! We’ve already started planning for next year!

Due to safety reasons and field conditions, we have decided to cancel the Fireman’s game and Old Timers Vs. Young guns. We will continue to work on the field
and see if we can get it to the point that we can at least do the home run derby sometime after 7. Concessions, raffles and barrel train rides are still going!

Today’s the day! We hope to see all of you!

‼️New Update‼️
There will be NO OPEN FIELD PLAY! We are still unable to get on the field to prep it. We will make the home-run derby call by 3:30. Fingers crossed we can get some field action in.

‼️Due to wet field conditions we are going to switch the derby time to open field time just to give it an extra hour to hopefully settle as we still have water standing as of 9am this morning. The guys will be working on it to be sure we can get it all in.. Again, Derby will now begin at 4:30. We will update if anyone will be allowed on the field prior to‼️concessions will still be open at 1pm!
