Fill up on protein first
Reduce sugar in your eating plan

You must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
You can be in a calorie deficit by eating less food than you need or by moving more. Many times you will do it both ways.

No matter what being in a calorie deficit means you will feel hungry. It’s okay to be hungry when losing weight and it’s actually a sign you are in a deficit!

A little hunger here and there is a good thing when losing weight! Add resistance training and protein to make sure most of that weight loss is fat!

Sugar, salt, and fat are not making you over weight.
It’s the over consumption of food and drink that is making you overweight.

You can have a candy bar, soda, and bacon and not gain weight as long as your total calories are not more than you need in a day.

The issue for many people is they are eating too much and moving too little.

Eat less and move more.💪
