I have found my passion in life is to go beyond the school to educate others in any way that I can. The first step in my fitness instructor journey was when I decided to get my group fitness instruction certificate in order to be as knowledgeable as possible for my own workouts. Over time, I was inundated with questions from friends seeking advice and motivation for their own wellness journeys. I

led countless workouts with staff, students, and friends. I decided to give a part-time business a go for 2 years and after 2 years, I would decide if I should re-new my certification. So here I am, 8 years into leading workouts and 4 months into my own business. My goal is not to have life-long clients that depend on me for their wellness. My goal is to give my clients the knowledge and skills they need to be safe and confident to exercise on their own at any location they choose. I found people didn’t show for my free workouts and realized that when you attach a dollar value, it holds people accountable. Clients are paying me to motivate them. They pay me to push them beyond their mental expectations for themselves. Your brain, just like your muscles, grows and adapts to repeated, good stress. Pushing people mentally and physically so that they will gain strength in all aspects of their life is what this business is about.
