T-Minus 20 days until the Wings for Life World Run takes over Virginia Beach!

Join the world's largest run, as we all help find a cure for spinal cord injuries.

All runners in the Virginia Beach App Run will receive Wings for Life branded merchandise, fully supported aid stations, and a post race party at The Shack; all included in your race registration of which 100% goes directly to spinal cord research.

Feeling speedy, the Wings for Life World Run - Virginia Beach App run is offering a prize package for the top 3 male and female runners ($1,000 / $500 / $250).

Want to grab a last chance spot to the USARA National Championships in Boone, NC? Check out TCX Palos just outside of Chicago!

There are 4 opportunities remaining to grab a qualifying spot for the 2019 USARA National Championship in Boone, North Carolina. On September 7th DINO offers the CIA - Central Indiana Adventure - at Yellowwood State Forest (great hill training ... ahem). On September 14th, there are qualifiers in the West (Tahoe Big Blue by Big Blue Adventure), the Midwest (TCX Palos, outside Chicago) and the East (NYARA's Longest Day in western New York). And with five female teams registered, that leaves five $300 Women of AR Campaign scholarships left to be claimed. Those will go to the next five female teams to qualify and register for Nationals. You don't even have to win your division! Of course, the $400 scholarship for the winner of the co-ed division in each qualifying race will be up for grabs, and will roll down to the first team that has not already won a scholarship. Also, remember that if you qualify in a race after September 1st, you can elect to roll that invitation over to next year's Nationals. All kinds of reasons to get your team registered for adventure!
